Annie Mist Thorisdottir, an experienced professional CrossFit athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She's also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman who has ever won at the CrossFit Games two times. She was second at the CrossFit Games in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete as well as a popular journalist. She is popular for being the first woman to win in the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. In 2013, and in 2017 she was the winner of the Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie was born and raised in Reykjavik, Iceland together with her parents and siblings. As a working out enthusiast from an early age, she took part in numerous school competitions and also won numerous awards. In 2009 she first participated in the CrossFit games at California where she was able to perform good in her first games. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 years old of age (as in 2021). Her height is about 5'7 and her weight approximately about 67 kgs. Annie began CrossFit in California, in 2009. She did well on her first competitions and finished within the top 10. Although she didn't win any of the titles She finished in the 11th position. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen she finished second place, and also won a silver medal in the same year. As a result of her impressive performance, she managed to claim her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie was again victorious at in the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her exceptional performance. It was her first time as a female athlete to be crowned the winner of the two CrossFit Games at once. Also, in 2014, she received a Silver medal as well as, more recently, in 2021 she was awarded Bronze at the CrossFit Games. Annie coaches and train at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie is an athlete on the rise who has been the face for many brands such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Renaissance Periodization, Nuun Hydration and the Sidekick Yorbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel titled "Annie" and has more than 1000 viewers. This is where she shares videos about training diet, family life and traveling.
